Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

1. We will arrange the shipment in 24-48 hours after your order and full payment is made. But if your item is unfortunately out of stock, we will inform you immediately and hope you will choose other shoes, if you won't reply our email in time, your order will not be shipped out.

2. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you , you can check your item status then.

3. We deliver the items by using EMS and it will take 5-10 days for you to receive it. But if you need a rush delivery, you need to pay extra $20 per order then you will get your items in 3-4 days.

4. Free shipping area: USA, UK, HongKong, CANADA, SPAIN, FRANCE, GERMANY, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, ITALY, NORWAY, BELGIUM, SWITZERLAND,Iraland. Items go to  Poland,  Iran, Iraq please pay $30 as extra shipping fee. If customers come from those countries which are not listed in the Free Shipping List Please contact us to get more detail information.

6.We do not accept returns, but in these three cases we re-ship the shoes to you without any charges and you can also keep the shoes: NO.1 We ship the wrong shoes style to you NO.2 We ship the wrong size to you NO.3 We ship the wrong colors to you
